Pre bookings, likes and dislikes of guests, seating arrangements, etc.

How to be a good GUEST:
Punctuality, what to order, how not to embarrass oneself when mistakes are made etc.

Theory of Western Table Etiquette with demonstration of full table setup using crockery and cutlery. There is an option to dine out with menu featuring “difficult” foods, so as to put into practical use what participants would have learnt in theory.

Wine Etiquette
Theory as well as an option to include a 3 or 4 course wine menu to accompany the dishes selected.
